Refund Policy

1. Coaching Services & Digital Products

 

 

All purchases of coaching plans, programs, and digital materials are non-refundable once payment has been made and services have begun.

 

This includes:

 

  • Online coaching or training plans

  • Nutrition or fitness guides

  • Any digital downloads or personalized plans

 

 

The reason is that each plan is tailored specifically for you and begins immediately after payment.

 

 

 

 

2. Cancellations (Before Coaching Starts)

 

 

If you wish to cancel before your plan officially begins (before receiving your first check-in or program setup), contact coach@dilzfit.com within 24 hours of purchase.

In this case, a partial refund may be offered at the discretion of Dilz Fitness.

 

 

 

 

3. Program Changes or Pauses

 

 

If you need to pause or reschedule your coaching due to illness, injury, or personal reasons, contact us directly. We’ll do our best to adjust your plan or carry your remaining coaching over to a future date — no extra charge.

 

 

 

 

4. No Results Guarantee

 

 

Results depend on your personal effort, consistency, and adherence to the plan. Dilz Fitness cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as weight loss or muscle gain), and refunds will not be issued for lack of progress.

 

 

 

 

5. Billing Errors

 

 

If you believe you’ve been charged in error, please contact us immediately at coach@dilzfit.com so we can review and correct the issue if necessary.
